Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out to us before placing your return request.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at bedrockbijoux@gmail.com.
