Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) according to the purchase receipt. We offer the following services:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • USPS Express Mail: 1–2 business days

Insurance is included by default with Priority Mail and Express Mail. For First Class Mail, insurance is only included on orders over $100 USD unless otherwise requested. Signature confirmation is available upon request.


International Shipping

Due to recent issues with missing or delayed packages sent via standard First Class International Mail, we now only ship with upgraded services to ensure reliable delivery. We apologize for the limited options and higher costs, but this change protects your order.

Available options:

  • USPS Standard First Class International (no tracking, 10–25 business days*)

*Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs.

Please note: Bedrock Bijoux is not responsible for customs fees or import duties. Check with your local post or customs office for estimated fees. You may be notified if your package is being held for payment or pickup.


Shipping Confirmation

When your shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s website to update.

If you’d like signature confirmation (you must be present to sign for delivery), please request this at checkout.


Item Not Received / Lost / Delayed

  • Lost or damaged packages: Bedrock Bijoux is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is insured, we will work with USPS to file a claim and have your order replaced or refunded.

  • Marked “Delivered” but not received: If USPS marks the package as delivered, Bedrock Bijoux cannot be held responsible.

  • Delayed packages: Please contact us immediately if you notice a delay. We will open a claim with USPS to attempt to locate and deliver your package.

  • Returned packages: If your order is returned to us, we will notify you by email. Unless the error was ours, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

In rare cases, we may offer you the option to place a replacement order at a significantly reduced price.


Return Policy

Personalized items cannot be returned under normal circumstances. However, if there are any errors or problems with your order, please contact us at bedrockbijoux@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
